How it works

From connected to caught-up — here’s a real day.

Setup takes an afternoon. After that, the agent quietly watches your business and brings you the work, one approvable step at a time. Here’s exactly what that looks like.

One-time setup

Three steps, about an afternoon.

  1. 1

Pick a plan and start your trial

Pick the plan that fits your team and start a 7-day free trial. Checkout is handled by Stripe; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

  2. 2

    Connect your tools

From the Connections screen, link Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Business Profile, and QuickBooks with secure OAuth. No passwords are shared and no tokens are stored in the dashboard — they stay encrypted in a secure backend. Text reminders are sent by SagiFlo, so there is nothing to connect — just turn them on under Settings → Text messaging.

  3. 3

    Link your Telegram agent

Connect the Telegram agent in a couple of taps. From then on, that chat is where the agent answers your questions and proposes the actions it wants to take.

What you can connect: Telegram, Google Calendar, Google Business Profile, Email & SMS, QuickBooks.

A day in the life

The same pattern, all day: it proposes, you approve.

What happens when a lead comes inA new lead arrives, SagiFlo notices and drafts a reply, texts you the proposal in Telegram, you approve in one tap, and it sends the reply and books the job.1New lead arrivesenquiry hits your inbox2SagiFlo noticesflags it before it goes cold3Drafts a replywritten in your voice4Texts youproposal in TelegramTelegram5You approveone tapTelegram6It sends & booksreply out, job on calendar
  1. Morning

    Today’s Focus is already built

Before you’ve had coffee, the agent has read your overnight leads, calendar, and reviews and built the Command Center’s “Today’s Focus” — the handful of things that actually move the needle today.

    The agent

Reads every connected tool and ranks what needs attention.

    You

Open the dashboard (or just read the Telegram summary) and see the short list.

  2. A new lead arrives

    It drafts the first reply

A lead comes in. Instead of it sitting unread, the agent flags it and drafts a first reply in your voice. It pings you in Telegram with the draft and a one-tap approve.

    The agent

Spots the unanswered lead and writes a reply ready to send.

    You

Read the draft, tweak if you want, tap approve.

  3. Midday

It books the job to your calendar

You confirm a new appointment. The agent writes it straight to your Google Calendar — with an optional Google Meet link — and if two jobs drift toward the same slot, it spots the overlap and proposes the reschedule before anyone is left waiting on your doorstep.

    The agent

Writes, moves, and cancels the jobs it schedules on your calendar (only its own events).

    You

Approve the booking or reschedule; the customer gets the confirmation.

  4. A job wraps

It asks for the review at the right moment

You mark a job done. The agent knows that’s the moment to ask, and drafts a review request to send by email or text — timed while the work is still fresh in the customer’s mind.

    The agent

Times a review request to the finished job and drafts it for email or SMS.

    You

Approve, and the request goes out from your own Gmail or by text (Twilio).

  5. Afternoon

It reads the money so you don’t have to

On any QuickBooks plan, the agent reads QuickBooks and tells you what’s unpaid and overdue — and can draft a polite nudge on the invoices that have slipped past due. It never moves money; it reads.

    The agent

Reads invoices and cash flow; flags overdue payments.

    You

Approve a reminder, or just stay informed. Nothing is paid or changed without you.

  6. Anytime

    You just ask

Forget the dashboard for a second — text the agent. “What’s overdue?” “Did the Henderson review come in?” “What’s tomorrow look like?” It answers from live data, right in Telegram.

    The agent

Answers questions from your live business data on demand.

    You

Ask in plain language. Approve anything it proposes off the back of it.

The SagiFlo Command Center: live revenue, profit, and cash, quote win rate, pipeline value, and a Needs-you-now list — the screen every part of the day flows through.

Where it all lands

Everything funnels into one Command Center.

The dashboard is deliberately thin — it’s the at-a-glance view, not another tool to babysit. The real work happens in the Telegram conversation, where the agent proposes and you approve.

The guardrails

It can’t go rogue. That’s the whole design.

Approval before action

Every customer-facing or money-related step is proposed and waits for your tap. The agent drafts; you decide.

Read-mostly by default

Finances are read-only — the agent reads QuickBooks, it never moves your money. Sending only happens on your approval.

Disconnect in one click

Revoke any integration instantly from the Connections screen — no support ticket, no waiting. Your access, your call.
