Terms of Service

Last updated: June 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of SagiFlo. By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to them. SagiFlo is operated by Brucks Products LLC in the United States.

1. The service

SagiFlo provides an operations platform that connects your business tools and delivers an agent via Telegram which monitors your business and proposes actions for your approval.

2. Trial & billing

  • Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel any time before then at no cost.
  • After the trial, your chosen plan bills automatically — monthly or yearly — until you cancel. Yearly is billed once for the year (12× the monthly rate).
  • Checkout and recurring billing are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
  • Cancel any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

3. Plans

Plans are priced by team size — Starter (1–5 users), Pro (6–10), and Elite (11–20) — and each includes the full platform, with read-only QuickBooks finances on every plan. Current prices and what each plan includes are on the Pricing page.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the authority to connect the accounts you link (Google, QuickBooks, Telegram, email).
  • You are responsible for the actions you approve. The agent proposes; approving an action is your decision.
  • You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to send spam or unlawful messages.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SagiFlo to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or send unsolicited bulk communications. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Text messaging (SMS)

SagiFlo can send text messages on your behalf using Twilio as its SMS provider. The messaging program is SagiFlo Appointment Reminders & Follow-ups — transactional texts such as appointment reminders and the customer follow-ups you approve. These are one-way (send-only) messages; SagiFlo does not receive or monitor replies. SMS is optional and disabled until you enable it.

How recipients opt in. Recipients are the existing customers of SagiFlo’s business users, who provide their phone number and agree to receive texts at the time of service — through a booking or intake form, on a service ticket, or verbally — with that consent recorded by the business in SagiFlo before any message is sent. By enabling SMS and providing phone numbers, you represent that:

  • You have obtained the necessary consent from each recipient (including your own customers) to receive text messages, as required by the TCPA and other applicable laws.
  • You will use SMS only for the legitimate business communications the feature is designed for (such as appointment reminders and customer follow-ups), and not for unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • You will honor opt-out requests. Because messages are send-only, opt-outs are handled at the carrier level: a recipient who texts STOP is automatically unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

Message frequency depends on your activity — for example, reminders are typically sent before a scheduled appointment and a follow-up after a completed job (a recurring program; frequency varies). Because these texts are send-only, a reply does not reach SagiFlo, but recipients can text STOP at any time to opt out (honored automatically by the carrier) or HELP for help. For assistance, recipients can contact the business directly or email us at support@sagiflo.com. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing. You are responsible for your use of SMS and for compliance with all applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements; we may suspend SMS for any account that violates them.

7. Third-party services

SagiFlo connects services operated by Google, Intuit, Telegram, Stripe, and others (see Subprocessors). Those services have their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

8. Availability & warranty

We work to keep SagiFlo available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SagiFlo and Brucks Products LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can request deletion of your data — see Data Deletion.

11. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
