Terms of Service

1. The service

SagiFlo provides an AI operations platform that connects your business tools and delivers an AI agent via Telegram which monitors your business and proposes actions for your approval.

2. Trial & billing

• Both plans include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel any time before then at no cost.
• After the trial, your chosen plan bills automatically — monthly or yearly (15% off) — until you cancel. Yearly is billed once for the year.
• Checkout and recurring billing are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
• Cancel any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

3. Plans

Pro includes the full AI operations brain except QuickBooks. Elite adds read-only QuickBooks finances. Current prices and what each plan includes are on the Pricing page.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must have the authority to connect the accounts you link (Google, QuickBooks, Telegram, email).
• You are responsible for the actions you approve. The agent proposes; approving an action is your decision.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to send spam or unlawful messages.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SagiFlo to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or send unsolicited bulk communications. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Third-party services

SagiFlo connects services operated by Google, Intuit, Telegram, Resend, Stripe, and others (see Subprocessors). Those services have their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

7. Availability & warranty

We work to keep SagiFlo available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SagiFlo and Gary Bruckelmyer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can request deletion of your data — see Data Deletion.

10. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
