Data Deletion
Last updated: June 3, 2026
You are always in control of your data in SagiFlo. This page explains how to disconnect a service, delete specific data, or remove your account entirely.
1. Disconnect a single service (instant)
Open the Connections screen and disconnect any integration — Google, QuickBooks, Telegram, or email. This immediately revokes SagiFlo’s access to that service and stops any further reading or sending. No support ticket, no waiting.
2. Delete your account & all data
To delete your account and all associated data, email support@sagiflo.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.
3. What gets deleted
- Your account, business profile, and settings.
- The connection tokens for every linked service.
- Data we cached from your connected services to power features.
- Your agent conversation history held by SagiFlo.
4. What we may keep
We may retain a minimal record needed for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (for example, billing records Stripe and tax law require us to keep), and routine backups that age out on a rolling schedule. These are not used for any other purpose.
5. Data held by third parties
Deleting your SagiFlo account removes our access and our copy of your data. It does not delete data in the third-party services themselves — your Google, QuickBooks, Telegram, and email accounts remain yours. To remove SagiFlo’s access directly, you can also revoke it from each provider (for example, your Google permissions or Intuit account).
